 GameRanger: a new place to play Earth 2160 online |

There is a new multiplayer network I've created for playing the Earth series online called GameRanger. Specifically, it supports:
- Earth 2150: Escape from the Blue Planet
- Earth 2150: The Moon Project
- Earth 2150: The Moon Project Demo
- Earth 2150: Lost Souls
- Earth 2160
Basically, GameRanger makes it quick and easy to play your friends online.
It has full lobby support for over 500 different games and demos (including the Earth games, of course), without the hassles and headaches that usually happen with network connections (eg. routers & firewalls).
I'm really excited to be releasing it, and hope it helps boost the Earth 21xx community by allowing people to play that were unable to until now due to problems with opening ports, etc. The more barriers that can be removed, the more likely the community will stay strong, as new users won't be put off. Interview with Mirek Dymek contains new infos about Earth 2170 |

GRY-Online.pl, a well known polish online mag, has done an interview with Reality Pump - mostly with Mirek Dymek, Projectleader. They focussed on Two Worlds and it's successor The Temptation. In this interview Mirek explains the beginning of Reality Pump and tells us it's story.
Around three minutes of the interview are dedicated to the Earth Universe and the RTS genre. There were no pictures or even movies of the new Earth, but Mirek confirmed Earth 2170, even if he says they planned for the next years. Dirk P. Hassinger, Producer of Earth 2160, has already made a statement where Earth 2170 will not be available before 2010.
There will be a console version of the game, too. Let's remember: Earth 3 aka Earth 2160 was planned to be done for the (at the time young) Xbox. This project was aborted. But the world changed, in the...

Inside Earth Universe v4 launched |

Today we can proudly present you the new style of ours community home. Inside Earth Universe v4 has been launched to the public.
You may ask, what exactly is new, so here is a rough changelist.- New style Titanium, chosen by the community. The style is available with four headers: Aliens, ED, LC and UCS (default).
- New domain, valid for all languages: InsideEarth.net - please use only the new one. The old one are still active, but forwarding to the new one.
- Complete rewritten portal. The old one was cluttered and also confusing. Left column has been partly moved to the top, the right one to the left.
- Updated Forum, Gallery and other extensions to the newest versions
- Few weeks before the relaunch the forums have been reorganized
There are many more things that will come in the next weeks. Here are most of them:- New ranks and graphics
- New sections for Earth 2140, Earth 2150 and Earth
